To celebrate National Parfait Day, try this easy, no-bake Key Lime parfait recipe.  It’s crisp and light, perfect after a rich meal or for early morning snacking before Thanksgiving dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

3 Graham crackers, crushed (about 1/3 of a cup)

1 Tablespoon butter, melted in the microwave

1 Container (6 ounces) Yoplait Light Key Lime Pie Yogurt

Lime Slices and Chopped Nuts (for garnish)

STEPS:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Set a few teaspoons aside for garnish.
  2. Spoon 1/4 of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a clear glass and top with 1/4 of the yogurt. Repeat.
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, a few nuts and a lime slice.

Makes 2 Parfaits.

Tip:  Martini or wine glasses make lovely containers for this light treat.
