In 2019, a new leadership team was created to deliver the ultimate care experience for residents. This includes top professionals in their field, devoted to delivering the highest quality care, along with Northstar Senior Living, a highly regarded California-based management service to oversee operations. They report directly to the local Paintbrush Board of Directors and owners on day-to-day operations and resident concerns.
This tiered system allows us to ensure that Paintbrush is meeting the top standards of assisted living and memory support, and that our residents and their families continue to get the best care, hospitality and overall experience we can provide.
Our Resident Ambassador Program is active and growing! This dynamic group proudly represents the mutual opinions of residents within the community. The Ambassadors serve as an active voice when planning activities and adventures, or sharing concerns with our leadership team that allows for continuous improvements within our community.
