Our varied menus are full of flavor and comfort food, yet tailored to the tastes of the Central Valley and to our residents’ particular diets.

He serves meals like Chicken Marsala, Filet of Sole Vin Blanc, Stuffed Pork Chops, Vegetarian Lasagna and Pumpkin Bread Pudding in our restaurant-style dining room, our bistro and our private family dining room that can be reserved for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and other family events.

As a former Culinary Arts Instructor in Pennsylvania, “Chef of the Year” at Pelco, and Executive Chef at the Double Tree by Hilton in Fresno, Chef Emery loves to surprise our residents with his “home-style cooking”.

He also can’t wait to start making a variety of specialties in our new outdoor patio pizza oven that will be installed very soon this Spring.
